Tournament Information

NFHS rules will be used with exceptions noted in GRAND SLAM RULES
(www.grandslamtournaments.com). The biggest difference is you are allowed 3
visits to the mound per game, trips where you remove a pitcher do not count
against you. Pitching restrictions are outlined in the GRAND SLAM RULES, a
recorded out is a third of an inning.

Time limit - 1:40 for 10U thru 12U 1:50 for 13U/14U. No time limit for
Championship games.

NO GATE FEE, teams provide their own baseballs, home team handles the
official scorebook and visiting team operates the scoreboard.

Rainout # is 404-570-SGAA, please use this instead of my cell for updates.

TOURNAMENT RAFFLE: All teams will receive 12 raffle tickets. Offer to your
parents at $10 each. We will draw for the following prizes on Sunday at 5
pm:
1) 2009 BOO BALL ENTRY ($350 value - cash in value $250)
2) $200 Gift Certificate Colter Sports (cash in value $175)
3) Free SGAA Registration ($130 value - cash in value $100)
Tickets sold and $$ are due to Tim Gaines by Sunday at 4 pm. If
you choose not to use the prize the cash award will be given. We offer this
option at our events instead of charging at the gate.

Scores/Sunday seeding: Scores will be updated online at www.sgaasports.com
every few hours. Sunday seeding will be posted as soon as results allow for
this to happen. All teams should be scheduled by 10 pm Saturday if we stay
on time.

their assistance in hosting this annual event.
